This year we had a January sale, for the first time, and it has been a wonderful response. We have heard from brides and grooms getting married in the Louisville area who are planning their weddings from as far away as Canada, and as nearby as Southern Indiana and the surrounding Kentucky counties in and around Jefferson County.
A lot of great locations we’ll be shooting this year! Yew Dell, Glassworks, the Mellwood Arts Center, 300 Spring, the Seelbach, the Brown, Forest Discovery, Louisville Slugger, Churchill Downs–and even if you’re not ready to choose your photographer yet, please feel free to get in touch with us about what locations you’re interested in. We’ve been to so many–we’d love to help if we can.
If you missed our flyer in your inbox or snail mail box, please call Steve at 502.599.8483, or email Leslea at leslea@harmonweddings.com and we’ll send you our specials. Today’s the last day we’re offering them, but if you contact us by today, we’ll still honor them if we have your date available.
This whole wedding is just a delight to browse. Click on the photo to follow it through to more examples. Steve would love to meet you for coffee and show you his work.
We have a sale on wedding packages going on through January 31, so call pretty soon. 502-599-8483

Steve will be shooting an event at Blackacre over the weekend, and it’ll be his first time there, so we’re really looking forward to it. Look forward to some shots from this Louisville, KY area landmark in the days to come.
Our wedding package sale for January has a few more days. If you’re planning a wedding in the near future, get in touch.
We shoot the best wedding photography in the Louisville area. Right now we are offering a sale. It won’t be going on forever, so you might as well call Steve at 502-599-8483, or email Leslea at leslea@harmonweddings.com while there’s still time to save.

Our wedding albums are special. They’re not from templates, they’re not the cheapest available option–they’re hand-made, high quality, gorgeous books that capture the photo story of the day. That’s what photojournalism is all about.
Here’s a movie version of our album layout slideshow. We’d love to show it to you one-on-one, so give us a call for a consultation.

Okay, folks, check your mailboxes. If you are getting married this year or next in the Louisville, KY or Southern Indiana area, chances are good you are going to be receiving a January special from us today through Monday.
This is the biggest deal we’ve ever offered for January. In fact, we usually don’t do a mailer until February, but this year we are super motivated and we are making some very unique offers. We’ve listened to your requests and tailored our packages to your needs, for good–but after this offer is over, the extra goodies are going bye-bye.
Are you interested in saving money on your wedding photography? Are you looking for a discount, and some extras thrown in? Most importantly, would you just LOVE to have the experience and professionalism of a real photojournalist known for his award-winning creativity on hand to capture your wedding?
Here’s what to do: Call Stephen at 502-599-8483 and tell him you want to hear about the January mailer special. If email is more your speed, send him a note at stephen@harmonweddings.com. This is a very limited time offer, so definitely don’t put it off.
There is no obligation, if you decide to meet up with Steve and see some wedding photos and talk about pricing, albums, coverage, etc. No pressure at all.
Compromise: An amiable arrangement between husband and wife whereby they agree to let her have her own way.
Typically, we do not try to appeal to the “lowest price at any cost” bride. We do understand, however, that all brides are on a budget, so for a few days, take advantage of our special prices. Your response will determine whether or not we have a special in February–so call now and reserve your date.

Well, who wouldn’t?
Click here for a beeeellion photo sets from mostly weddings, but also other fun stuff that Steve has posted online since he started using Flickr a couple of years ago.
Admittingly, some of those sets need to be updated. I don’t think I have reorganized any of the general ‘before the wedding’ or ‘brides and grooms’ or things like that in ages.
But there are several “highlights” from recent weddings, or Graphi Studio picks, or reposts at the requests of parents, etc. Knock yourself out!
Steve and I are kicking around some more January specials, trying to fill up our calendar this year as early as possible. We want *you* on our schedule.
Check your email inbox for a pdf of our January specials, or drop me a note (Leslea@HarmonWeddings.com) if I don’t have your email. We’ll also be sending a mailer via snail mail, so if you’d like to be added to our mailing list, please get in touch.
The best way to reach us is, for me,via email or facebook. My cell phone is 502.445.6029 and I welcome your calls. If you are more of a phone person, however, Steve is easier to catch on the cell, at 502-588-8483. The opposite of me, he is slower with his email (Stephen@HarmonWeddings.com) and on facebook than moi. I’m sure and your betrothed have similar quirks, huh? After five years in business together, this is just how we roll.
Anyway…if you’re looking for a wedding photographer, we would love to hear more about what you’re looking for. Drop us a note or give us a ring-ring-ring on our cells.
Let’s talk soon, because these January specials are only good through the end of the month.

Time out from the bridal season stuff! I need to announce this spring’s coming Spaghetti Baby Party!
If you’ve ever wanted to capture your kid having an awesome time digging into his lunch with both hands–but you’ve not wanted to mess up your own kitchen–have we got an event for you.
Location is TBA, but so far the plan is to invite several area babies and their moms & dads, or grandparents. Yes, you can get in on the action, too! Why not?
Talk about a unique family photo!
Of course it sounds crazy–the best photos always do.
Think about it, and get in touch if you are interested. We are thinking we’ll do this between now and Easter.
Prints will be available in all the standard sizes, and we will have packages available, as well.
Life is short. Childhood is even shorter! Enjoy it! Savor it, even.
Now, because it is wedding planning season, we return you to your regularly-schedule wedding photos.

It was a great day yesterday. We talked until our voices were hoarse, but it was wonderful meeting all of you!
Our show specials were numerous:
-sign up to win a free engagement session
-sign up for 10% off package prices
-20% off package prices if you booked at the show (a savings of several hundred dollars on each package!)
-increased photo enlargement credits for Gold and Platinum packages
We were really thrilled with the response, and all the interesting brides and grooms we met. It was too cool meeting you, and hearing “I’ve seen your website,” or hearing you’d seen Steve at the weddings of your friends.
If you signed up on our list, watch your phone for a call this week, and watch your mailbox in coming weeks for a thank you from us, and more savings.
In case you aren’t sure which booth we were, here are some pics off my (Leslea’s) little camera:

Guess all that romantic stuff rubbed off on Steve–he had strawberries for dinner! (Either that, or he filled up on the catering samples at the show…what do YOU think?)
Thanks again to all we met, and to those who’ve found our site who we didn’t meet–we’ll be in touch soon, anyway!
Looking forward to meeting with brides and grooms TONS in the coming weeks.
